Sinorock has established and implemented the ISO 9001 quality management system throughout product development and manufacturing processes, ensuring standardized and consistent quality control at every stage.

Our products have obtained CE certification, which serves as the passport for entering the EU market, demonstrating compliance with European safety and quality requirements.
SGS
We maintain long-term cooperation with SGS, a globally recognized third-party inspection agency, to continuously enhance and improve our quality management level through professional testing and evaluation.
Quality Control Process
From raw materials into the factory, production processing to finished product/out of the factory, the systematic inspection specification and sampling proportion have been formulated to ensure the implementation of quality control.
Incoming Inspection
Formulate perfect inspection items and sampling ratios, inspect the incoming products in all directions, and control the quality of the products at the source.
Process Inspection
The production site adopts the “three inspection system” management, namely: self-inspection, mutual inspection, and special inspection. In the process of processing, carry out comprehensive control of product quality to ensure that processed products meet technical requirements.
Outgoing Inspection
Outgoing inspectors inspect the size and packaging of the outgoing products, record the inspection data, take photos of the packaging, and file the size and packaging photos of each batch of products.
The Batch Number of Circulation
Sinorock achieves product traceability, and the main products have the identification of the batch number of circulation. Through the batch number of circulation, the customers can trace back to the related information such as the product raw material manufacturers, texture and processing and inquire the product information quickly as well as effectively.

Test Capacity
Sinorock has a professional quality inspection team. In order to ensure product quality, we has established a special laboratory for self drilling anchor bolt system, equipped with more than 40 test equipment and tools, such as tensile testing equipment, profilometer, impact testing machine, spectroscope, various measuring tools, etc.
Tensile testing machine
The laboratory has 1000kN, 2000kN, 4000kN tensile testing machines, which can meet customers’ test requirements for higher load values, assembly tensile strength and special length. Especially the 4000KN testing machine can realize the assembly tensile test for T103/T111/T127.
Profiler
The first company in the industry in China topurchase a profiler. It can measure the thread profile shape, monitor product size, and ensure the processed product meets the technical standard requirements.
