We have a professional advisory team, along with a high-caliber R&D team led by 6 professors, 8 doctors, and 17 master’s degree holders. The core members of this team boast an average of over 12 years of industry R&D experience.
The cross-disciplinary knowledge backgrounds and sustained passion for innovation here spark brilliant ideas and breakthroughs. We maintain close collaborative partnerships with Central Research Institute of Building and Construction Co., Ltd. (MCC Group), Henan Provincial Institute of Building Science, Henan University of Science and Technology, and Dalian University, ensuring our technological vision stays at the global forefront.
Strong R&D Strength
Through continuous and in-depth research, we have made breakthrough progress in the research of anchoring mechanism and process of self-drilling anchor bolts, product development of self-drilling anchor bolts, and development of special equipment for self-drilling anchor bolts.
To date, we have spearheaded the compilation of 1 local standard, participated in drafting 3 industry/association standards, and accumulated over 100 national patents, 3 software copyrights, and multiple industry authoritative certifications. These core technologies form the unique competitive edge of our products.
Technical Force of Continuous Innovation
We have invested in establishing a research and development (R&D) facility covering 200 m², along with a pilot-scale production base spanning 550 m². These spaces are equipped with multiple internationally leading R&D and testing instruments. To ensure smooth progress in technological R&D and innovation, the company has made substantial investments in hardware infrastructure for its technical center and testing laboratories. This enables the technical center to conduct timely research on new technology development, scientific innovation, process optimization, and new product application expansion based on technical development requirements.
Our company has mechanics laboratory, physical and chemical laboratory, and product application laboratory. It is equipped with more than 10 test equipment such as tensile testing machine, profiler, impact testing machine, spectrometer, anchor bolt pull-off tester, etc., The testing capabilities cover mechanical properties, material analysis, thread contour shape, product application and other fields, providing guarantee for product development, quality control and application verification.
Sinorock has multiple product application engineers, who can follow up throughout project process, provide construction guidance, and help customers improve product plans to improve construction efficiency and reduce overall costs.
